We loved last weekends Beetroot & Ginger Hor d’oeuvres so much, we wanted to make something similar to snack on this afternoon. As you may know, we love tiny food, and as with anything small, you have to use lots of flavour. These little babies are great to whip up for friends, or even just yourself when you are looking for something a little fancy and delicious to boot.
Give them a try, and make sure you get the freshest prawns available!
Prawn & Chilli Canapés
500g fresh cooked prawns
1 cup sour cream
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 chilli, finely chopped
1/2 bunch coriander
salt & pepper
Yellow or blue corn chips
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place your corn chips on a serving platter, then top with your prawn mixture.
Garnish with freshly chopped chilli, and coriander leaves.
